We took this apartment on as a concrete shell, so every wall inside it was a decision rather than an inheritance.
Two thousand nine hundred square feet in Monaco, facing the sea. On the bedroom side, part of the terrace was enclosed and absorbed into the plan, which allowed the wardrobes to become proper dressing rooms with daylight — an unusual thing in a Monaco apartment where the space is limited.
The joinery package was drawn for the apartment and handcrafted in Italy, along with the furniture, and installed as a single programme.
The apartment was built to this design and completed in 2022, for a client we had worked with before.
